For decades, she transformed homes across Northern Virginia with her custom murals and detailed interior plaster work. Her artistry and eye for detail became the inspiration behind the high standards our family business is known for today.

Carrying that legacy forward, her son Michael Hemeon paved his own path in the painting industry. As a Northern Virginia native, Michael was determined to serve his neighbors and community with the same care and dedication his mother modeled. By blending Jolene’s creative influence with his own expertise in interior and exterior painting, Michael established Hemeon Homes as The Northern Virginia Home maintenance and renovation experts.
Michael is nationally licensed and certified as a Home Inspector in Virginia, with a strong foundation in residential construction, quality control, and safety management. He is a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist with OSHA 30 credentials and extensive experience overseeing both residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and workplace safety at every level.
